What is Twice Daily Rewards and how does it work?
Twice Daily Rewards is a program that rewards our most loyal guests for every purchase. All you have to do is download the app, make an account, and then be sure to scan your phone or enter your phone number every time you checkout. You will also automatically earn points and have the ability to redeem offers through mobile ordering.
How do I sign up for Twice Daily Rewards?
Simply download the Twice Daily app or sign up online right here.
How do I keep track of my progress?
You can see your available points and your transaction history right in the Twice Daily app. The points tracker at the top gives you a quick glance, the My Account section provides more detail, and the Special Offers section shows you everything you can get with your available points.
What kind of rewards will I receive?
In the app, you’ll see anything from special offers and discounts to free items to contest entries. Rewards are always changing and updating, so be sure to check every time you visit!
How will I know if I have received a reward?
If you receive a reward (yay!), you’ll be notified in the app and in an email. You can also always view all available offers in the MY ACCOUNT section of the app.
How do I redeem rewards?
You can tap to add rewards items to your mobile order, redeem your points for rewards by clicking ADD TO CARD, or show the cashier your offer to scan at the register. Plus if your in-store order ever includes an item you’ve received a reward for, the cashier will ask you whether you want to use it or save it for later.
How long do I have to redeem my rewards?
All earned rewards are available for 30 days. Promotional offers will include an expiration date.
I forgot to scan my phone or enter my phone number on my last visit. Can I still get credit for that purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot credit transactions to your account after the fact.
Are any items excluded from my rewards purchases?
Yes, any purchase of cigarettes, lottery, money orders, gift cards, or other prepaid financial services will be excluded from your rewards tally.
Can I share my account with someone?
The Rewards program is based at an individual level so your rewards are just for you.
Are the Twice Daily Rewards program and the Shell FRN (Fuel Rewards) program the same or connected in any way?
No. The Twice Daily Rewards program and Shell Fuel Rewards program are separate rewards programs that are both offered and available at any of our Twice Daily Shell fuel branded stores.

Is my information secure?
The security of your data is very important to our business. Except for providing information to participating merchants, we do not resell or disclose any information to a third party. Your enrollment data is kept safe in our secured database servers.
Why do you need my email address?
This allows you to receive an email receipt for each purchase and gives you an easy way to log in from the app as well as our member website.
Why do you need my birthday?
Are there any fees to enroll or use the program?
There is no enrollment fee, subscription fee, maintenance fee, or any other fee to use the Twice Daily Rewards program.
